The Sit a Spell Conversation Series aims to encourage thoughtful conversation on a variety of topics and issues faced by today’s New South.

The first installment on November 14 kicks off with Drs. Dale and Ted Rosengarten. Dale Rosengarten is an expert on Southern Jewish life and founded the Jewish Heritage Collection at the College of Charleston Library. She is also an expert in Lowcountry sweetgrass basket traditions. Ted Rosengarten is an expert in Southern African American history.
